A Sensory Journey

 

The owner's passion for taste and service blends with the audacity and creativity of our Michelin-starred chef Richard Toix to reveal a culinary experience, an emotional interlude. A pure moment of pleasure. The restaurant space has been redesigned to create an enchanting universe, overlooking the pool, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor. The decor evokes a surprising elsewhere, a blend of styles and discoveries. The soft and luminous atmosphere is brightened by vegetation blending exoticism and local produce. Shades of blue change over the hours as you admire the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.

Born in Perpignan, where he remained a supporter of the USAP rugby team,

 

Trained in a hotel school, he attended large establishments such as the Frères Roux in London (3 stars).

 

Despite his impressive career, he considers himself self-taught. In 2007, he opened his second restaurant, " Passion et Gourmandise, " in Saint-Benoît, for which he received his first Michelin star in 2008 after nine months of operation.

 

This year he decided to create the menu for the gourmet restaurant “Charlie”.
